Please forward completed form to Secretary, Kendo na hEireann, 3 Ferndale Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11.

Some examples of fees due (please read the form)
(a) employed senior kendo only = €75 (€50 plus€25 per art)
(b) employed senior iaido only = €75 (€50 plus€25 per art)
(c) junior kendoka €50
(d) junior iaidoka €50.
