International Irish Goodwill Taikai 2009

Dublin Kendo Kobukai and Kendo Na h-Eireann has the pleasure of welcoming all Kendokas to three days of Seminar, Taikai, Jigeiko and grading up to 4th Dan. Join Dublin Kendo Kobukai for three days of fun Kendo and the chance to experience an original Irish pub or two in the hometown of Guiness!!

The competition will be run on a knockout format with an upper limit set at 40 teams, with three Kendoka per team. Click here for a list of participants! The Seminar and Taiki will both be held at Marino Institute of Education, at Griffin Avenue in Dublin. (Map & directions)

The cost of the Seminar is 60 euro per person and the Taikai is 60 euro per team. Any payments received in to our bank account before the 31st of January, 2009 will receive a 10 euro discount on the team registration.

Note that due to Irish insurance laws Dublin Kendo Kobukai can't offer any form of accommodation in the venue. For more information on accommodation, use this link.

Grading exam up to and including 4th Dan.
